Star Hotshots are launching their programmes in your area. We are looking for enthusiastic, qualified coaches/teachers to manage and run our numerous programmes in your area.
As the Area Manager you will:
Manage the operation of your business
Recruit, train and manage new employees
Market and promote business in the new area
Have confidence and enthusiasm working with children.
Be good with people.
We tailor each area to the needs and availability of the manager because staff commitment is essential to the success of the area.
Each programme runs during different times e.g. birthday parties on weekends, sports camps during the school holidays, tournaments over a specific weekend and our Saturday morning clubs you will not be surprised to find out run on a Saturday morning!

How long is the agreement?
We believe in long-term relationships but also know that the quality of staff is vital to the success of any programme we run. So initially the contract is a one year temporary contract that will be renewed on completion of a successful year.
