Safety
Safety is our number one importance and we ensure our staff are first aid trained, qualified coaches from the sports national governing body and have good experience coaching children.
We insist on a strict signing in and out policy to ensure the safety of your child. Every morning we will register your child as you drop them off in our care and wait for the designated adult who is picking them up to collect them in the evening.
All our equipment and playing areas are checked on a daily basis. We have a risk assessment policy and health and safety policy which all staff follows.
Every member of staff adheres to our ‘Coaches Code of Conduct’. In line with Social Services, children are coached in groups no more than a ratio 1:16 and 1:8 for the under 8s. However, usually the ratio is even lower than this. If you have any questions regarding this matter please do not hesitate to contact us.
