Age Groups
Children are grouped into age groups for most activities to ensure that he games and equipment the children use provides them with the maximum chance of being successful and enjoying themselves.
However, children are very welcome to move up or down a group to be with their friends.
5-6 Year Olds
The young children play lots of fun games that develop their fundamental skills of running, throwing, catching and kicking. The main emphasis is that they are having fun and being active so they enjoy playing sport.
The ratio of children to staff is at least 1:8, ensuring a coach can give special attention to each child.
Every activity combines lots of positive feedback with creative games, competitions and personal challenges that generate real excitement amongst the children.
7-8 Year Olds
Here is a fantastic opportunity for your child to try new activities.
Our mini-version team games, modified rules and age related equipment, offer the children the best possible environment for advancement and fun.
Children learn how to work together with others in team sports such as football or benchball; develop their skills in individual sports such as golf or tennis; and/or discover a creative side with dance and gymnastics.
9-10 Year Olds
As children progress then personal choice and flexibility is very important. After all it is their holiday so they should be doing activities they want to do!
We offer all the traditional sports but also the opportunity to try sports such as golf, softball, table tennis*, trampolining*, rock climbing*, ultimate-frisbee and water polo are available.
Children are encouraged to develop their decision-making in games, leadership skills and techniques to ensure progress and achievement.
